ABOUT HOUSING
The MCN Department of Housing was established in 1965 with the mission to provide eligible Muscogee Creek Citizens with safe, efficient and affordable housing. We strive to meet those needs by providing Housing opportunities through Home Ownership, Emergency Home Repair, and Rental Programs.
HOUSING SERVICES
THE LEASE WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE PROGRAM
Offers Native American families affordable housing with an opportunity for home ownership through a lease agreement with the Dept. of Housing.
EMERGENCY REPAIR OF PRIVATELY-OWNED HOMES
Program provides emergency repair services for low-income Tribal citizens that reside within the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Tribal Jurisdiction.
THE MORTGAGE DOWN PAYMENT AND CLOSING
Program helps Native American families become first-time homeowners with grant assistance for mortgage down payment and closing costs.
